Refund Policy

Tiny Desk AI sells videos in one-time packs (1, 3 or 8 videos). This page explains what happens when something goes wrong or you change your mind.

1. You changed your mind

You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying a pack, as long as no video from that pack has been made yet. Once you have made a video from a pack, that pack can no longer be refunded this way.

2. A video failed or came out broken

• If making a video fails, the video is given back to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
• If a finished video is clearly broken, for example the wrong people, badly distorted faces, or a video that does not play, email us within 7 days. We will make it again or give the video back to your account.
• If videos keep failing, contact us. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we will refund the undelivered part of your purchase by hand.

Results that work but are not to your taste (style, expressions, motion) are not covered, because AI output varies.

3. Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the law of the place where you live. If you live in the EU or the UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days; our 7-day policy above is in addition to that right, not instead of it.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@tinydeskai.ink from the address on your account, and tell us which purchase it is about (the date or the receipt from Stripe is enough). Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Purchases are sold through Link (part of Stripe), so you can also ask Link's support for help with a payment, and Link may apply its own refund rules and any cooling-off period required where you live.
