The rules for using Tiny Desk AI, buying video packs and using the videos you make.

Who we are
Tiny Desk AI (tinydeskai.ink, the "Service") is operated by Novalia, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
What the Service does
You upload one to five photos and the Service uses AI to make a short video of those people as a band playing a desk concert, in the style of the "Tiny Desk AI" meme. Every video is made by AI. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR, NPR Music, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band, the creators of the original meme clip, any record label, or TikTok ("Tiny Desk" is a trademark of National Public Radio, Inc.)
Your photos and consent
By uploading photos you confirm that:
- you have the right to use them, and every person shown has agreed to their photo being processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including by our AI providers, and to the video being made and shared the way you intend;
- no one shown is under 18;
- no one shown is a public figure or celebrity, and you are not trying to impersonate anyone;
- the photos are not sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful.
We may refuse or remove any upload or video that breaks these rules, and close accounts that do so.
Using your video
You keep any rights you have in your photos. You may download, share and post your video, including on social media, for personal, non-commercial use.
Do not present your video as real footage in a way meant to mislead, and do not use it to harass, defame or deceive anyone.
Our videos do not include the original song. If you add the song or any other audio yourself, for example in TikTok or CapCut, you are responsible for following that platform's music terms.
To run the Service you give us permission to store and process your photos and videos, and to send them to our AI providers, only for making and delivering your video. We do not use them for anything else.
Purchases and credits
- Videos are sold in one-time packs. Prices are shown in US dollars. There is no subscription.
- Checkout is run by Stripe. Your purchase is sold through Link, LLC (part of Stripe) as the merchant of record: Link calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, which is added on top of the price at checkout, sends your receipt, and appears on your card statement as LINK.COM* TINY DESK AI. Link's checkout terms also apply to the payment.
- Purchases are not available from some countries where Stripe does not support this service.
- A pack adds videos to your account. Videos you have not made yet do not expire.
- There is no free preview at the moment: every video is made from a purchased pack.
- Paid videos are delivered digitally in My videos, usually within 10 minutes. Delays are possible when our AI providers are busy.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
AI results
AI output varies. Faces, clothes and motion may not match your photos exactly, and the same photos can give different results. A failed video is given back to your account automatically.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop the Service or these terms. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email. Videos are kept for 30 days, so download anything you want to keep.

Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by photos you uploaded without the rights or consent described above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights the law of the place where you live gives you.
